Prior to Craftsman Residential Innovations, Howard spent many years in the homebuilding industry. He also worked for a national publicly held building company. His last position was as Vice-President of Operations for the East Coast. Howard, desired to design and build high quality luxury homes with features that would enhance and compliment the needs of families. Not unlike so many businesses today, the economy forced the original C.R.I. Homes Inc. to close in early 2008. Howard started over, bringing over 25 years of management experience to new entities intent on building and re-building to the same high standards as before.
A Unique Business
Howard gives special meaning to the concept of a family-to-family business. The customer's family works closely with Howard Levy to design a home that incorporates aspects of family dynamics. The warmth of family member to family member is a significant part of the experience. This all goes beyond the necessary business components. It also reaches the heart of what the significance of a home is - a place where memories live.
Philosophy
The unique ability to hear the customers wants and needs, and then turn them into reality (within a framework of a budget) is one of the many benefits of doing business with Craftsman Residential Innovations, known for attention to detail and the uniqueness of each individual aspect of the living environment, the kitchen (always enough room for gourmet cooking), gathering areas, media centers, and owner's suites. Also, all of the spaces in each house have been carefully planned and designed. It is easy to see that all of the spaces are created with livability and beauty in mind.

Our standard of quality is this: Howard demands a quality standard that ensures the craftsmanship and quality detail he has built in his own homes is representative of the features in the home of each individual client. If Howard would not accept the quality in his own home, you would not find it in your home.
